Kelly was one of my best friends. She had a spirit that glowed with warmth and joy. I will never meet anyone like her. She will live forever in my heart. I love you Kelly. I’m so sorry to the family. Though I didn’t have the chance to know Kelly later on in life, I’ll always remember the warmth and compassion she showed me when we were kids. Moving to Basking Ridge from the UK at the age of 8, I was nervous and shy in a new country. On my first day at school, Kelly was the first person at lunch to engage with me, showing both an inquisitive and welcoming nature. A seemingly small gesture like that had an impact probably more than she would ever know. I’ll always have fond memories of her from my brief time spent living in the US. So sad writing this my god so many memories with you Kelly. I just can't believe your gone. Such a huge piece of my heart is going to with you. And the thought of never being able to reach out to you ever again hurts so bad. You were living proof that there is still good in this world.
