The Naults were so good many years ago to give me my first tour of Manhattan. I'll never forget that tour nor the time spent together in Basking Ridge. God bless you Larry and all the blessed Naults.

A beautiful fall Saturday afternoon, October 26, 2019, Larry stopped by to say hello to friends who snapped this photo.
“We had such a wonderful visit. He was enjoying his new knees, his mobility and enjoying life and later we saw each other in church in our favorite chair gallery spots.”

Two Missionaries agreed to meet with Larry at a set time to discuss religion with him. The zealous missionaries showed up early while Larry was taking a bath. When they knocked he called them in. Larry remained in the hot tub water quietly reading his book. After some time without sound from the bathroom one of the missionaries says, “Mr. Nault are you okay?” Yes, Larry’s responds. But again a long length of silence goes by “Mr Nault, we have to leave for another appointment.” But, what about our appointment, Larry ask. There is no answer. The Zealots take leave before their appointed hour has come.
It’s likely you knew Larry if your reading this, so I suspect your not shaking her head in disbelief. It is just one of many true stories I could tell about my older brother Larry.
In the back of my mind I hear him tell, as he often did, that I got the story all wrong. There were three missionaries, not two; it was the New York Times, not a book etc, etc.
Please join me in a prayer and a smile, for Larry. God stayed with him throughout life and anointed him at an appointed time.
Larry has left us with much to contemplate and to pray for in our own lives.
Thank you my brother. I love you.

Thanks for all the great memories Uncle Larry! Trips to the Jersey Shore, riding the subway to Yankee Stadium to watch the Bronx Bombers play. You showed this Idaho boy what the East Coast is all about. I can see you hand in hand with Aunt Barb looking down on all of us with smiles. You lived an amazing life and helped raise enough kids for a basketball team. Love to all who celebrate the life of my Uncle Larry.

With a heavy heart I write this tribute to you Grandpa. Spending time with Grandpa was never dull. He always had a great story to tell, living quite the adventurous life. I had the privilege to spend a lot of time with him in the later half of 2019 where I heard a whole slew of stories from his childhood to his working life while raising a family. It was amazing spending this time with him because stories that I had never heard before came out and I learned a great deal more about him, which really made me appreciate Grandpa much more. With his passing, memories of summer days playing in his backyard as a child flood back into my head. It was always nice spending time with both Grandma and Grandpa. Now they are both resting in peace and are back with each other, once again. You will be missed. Rest in peace Grandpa. Love your grandson, Marty.
