Mark Cozin, 73 of Bernardsville, passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on April 19th 2022.
Born in New York City, Mark was a standout athlete in both baseball and football, and a graduate of Lafayette College. He went on to study at the University of London, and later in Korea as a Fulbright Scholar. Mark was a professor of Sociology and Anthropology at Raritan Valley Community College from 1979 to 2020, and a visiting professor at his alma mater, Lafayette, from 1998 to 2004. In addition to teaching, Mark worked as a Domestic Violence Counselor for more than 20 years.
Mark was walking in Jockey Hollow park, an activity that he enjoyed and found comfort in, when he died.
He is survived by Sybil, his wife of 50 years, and his three sons: Ben, Matthew, and Andrew.
