R. Michael Gallaway, Owner / Manager
was born and raised in Bernardsville, Graduated from Bernardsville High School class of 1995. Graduated from Monroe Community College with both a Liberal Arts degree in 1998 as well as a Criminal Justice degree in 1999. Michael Attended and graduated from St. Petersburg Junior College Police Academy class of 2001. He worked as a Police Officer for the City of St. Petersburg and the City of Treasure Island, Florida. Michael graduated from Simmons Institute of Funeral Service class of 2007 with a associate degree in Occupational Studies. He is a New Jersey Licensed Funeral Director as of 2008. He is the licensed Manager and President of both the Funeral Home locations. Michael is also a member of the Congdon-Overlook Masonic Lodge in Bernardsville, NJ and a member of the Basking Ridge Presbyterian Church.
Michael J. Badolato, Owner / Director
graduated from Randolph High School in 2004, County College of Morris in 2007. Michael started working in the funeral business in 2006 when he started working at Tuttle Funeral Home in Randolph as an apprentice. He enrolled in the mortuary program at Mercer County Community College and graduated in 2010. He became a New Jersey licensed funeral director as of 2012. Michael joined the Gallaway and Crane Funeral Home in 2013 as a director. Michael and his wife Kristin recently moved to Bernardsville, NJ in 2015. In January of 2019 Michael became part owner of the funeral home.
Cliff Bitecola, Director
was born in Bergen County and grew up in Randolph, New Jersey. He graduated from Randolph High School in 1989. He then graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University with a Bachelors degree in Business Management in 1993. Cliff had worked in the retail industry as a manager and trainer before realizing his passion of helping families brought him to the funeral industry in 2005. He attended Mercer County Community College and achieved a degree as a Practitioner of Mortuary Science in 2012. He is an active member of The Knights of Columbus. Cliffs proudest accomplishments are his wife Janeen and his three children Gabriella, Hunter and Nicholas. When not helping families, Cliff enjoys long walks in the woods searching for the ever elusive white tailed deer and he can be seen on a sunny day driving a Blue blur that resembles a Corvette on local roadways. Cliff is the newest member of the team at Gallaway & Crane and is both excited and proud to be a part of their team.
