Biography

Irene M. Primak, 92 of Basking Ridge died on Feb. 6th at Fellowship Village in Basking Ridge where she resided.

Born in New York City, she was a resident of Basking Ridge since 1962 coming from Berkley Heights.

Irene graduated form Scotch Plains High School and the New York City Business School.

She was a former Sunday School Teacher at the Liberty Corner Presbyterian Church and sang with the Rockefeller Chorus at Rockefeller Center.

She was a member of the Basking Ridge Garden Club, The Bonafides, and the New Providence Presbyterian Church.

Her husband John died in 1982.

Irene is survived by two sons Steve of Loveland, Col. and Stan of Los Alamos, NM, three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday Feb. 10, 2010 at 11AM, at the New Providence Presbyterian Church followed by interment in the Church Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers contributions in her memory to the Alzheimer's Disease and Related Disorders, 400 Morris Ave. Suite 251, Denville, NJ 07834 would be appreciated.

Steve- Sorry to read of your mothers passing. I remember how she was always trying to feed us unruly teenagers.
